2016/2017 Commitment Form

We have started sending out emails with personalized links for each student that is currently enrolled. These emails are going to be sent out in waves over the next few days until Monday. If you do not receive an email by Monday morning, please email enrollment@sra.mn.

Once you have completed the form you will be sent an email confirming the information you provided. Please allow 24 hours for this email to arrive.
