Inaugural Home Football Game on Santa Rosa Academy Field
Santa Rosa Academy Host First Ever Home Football Game on Campus
MENIFEE, CA , AUGUST 26 – Santa Rosa Academy is excited to announce its inaugural varsity football game to be played on campus. Santa Rosa Academy Rangers will officially begin their Varsity Football season this Saturday. The Inaugural game will be against Downey Calvary Chapel.
This Saturday’s game will be the first of the season and Santa Rosa Academy is excited to be able to host the game on campus. “We’ve waited a long time for this, and there have been dozens of people behind the scenes working very hard to make it happen.” said Justin Shives, Athletic Director at Santa Rosa Academy.
The Santa Rosa Academy Rangers Varsity Football team has been practicing all spring and summer and will be put to their first test this Saturday, August 30th at 4 p.m. against the Grizzlies of Downey Calvary Chapel. Head Coach Bob Burt and his top-notch coaching staff have prepared our student-athletes to give their all as they compete on their home field for the first time.
